1. Introduction

Welcome to Chewtoys Dugout ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at chewtoys-dugout.com. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website.

2. Products & Services

We sell custom 3D-printed fantasy football base tag systems, including:

• Team sets (10–16 players) with positional, skill, and number tags.
• Custom skill sprues in 32mm and 40mm sizes.
• Star Player bases with personalised name and skill tags.
• Extra skill add-ons and 40mm Big Guy upgrades.

All products are made to order. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to the 3D printing process.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£). UK-facing prices include any site-collected tax where applicable. Import VAT, customs duty, brokerage, or destination-country handling charges for international orders are not included unless checkout explicitly says duties/taxes paid or included.

• Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock limitation.
• Blitz Builder pricing scales automatically based on the number of positionals added (10–16 players).
• Extra skill columns and Big Guy upgrades are priced as add-ons at checkout.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships. Any import-charge estimate shown on the site is guidance only and is not a customs invoice.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All products from our builders (Blitz Builder, Roster Builder, Sprue Builder, Star Player Builder) are custom made to your specifications. This means:

• Each order generates a unique print file based on your selected team, positionals, and skills.
• We do not accept change-of-mind returns on custom orders unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see Section 7).
• Please review your order carefully before checkout, as we print exactly what is configured.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

All transactions are processed securely through our checkout payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details. Payment must be received in full before we begin production.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Production time: Custom orders are typically printed and prepared within 3–5 working days.
• UK delivery: 3–5 working days via Royal Mail or equivalent.
• International delivery: 7–14 working days depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.

Unless checkout explicitly says duties/taxes paid or included, international customers are responsible for any import VAT, customs duty, brokerage, or carrier handling charges applied in the destination country. Any estimate shown in the basket or checkout is for guidance only.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom made to order, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to custom/personalised goods.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on custom-made goods. If you contact us before printing starts, we may be able to confirm whether an amendment is still possible, but we are not obliged to accept cancellation once production is underway.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• The product does not match your order (wrong team, missing items, etc.).
• The product is materially different from what was described.

To request a return or refund, contact us at info@chewtoysdugout.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, code, and the Chewtoys Dugout brand — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written consent.
• Team names, skill names, and game references are the property of their respective rights holders and are used for identification purposes only.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We do not warrant that the website will be available without interruption or free from errors.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Acceptable Use

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the website.
• Submit false or misleading order information.
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
